 GH2135是Fe-Ni-Cr基沉淀硬化型變形高溫合金，使用溫度在700℃以下。合金加入鋁和鈦等元素形成時(shí)效沉淀強(qiáng)化相，加入鉻、鎢和鉬等元素進(jìn)行固溶強(qiáng)化。合金具有抗低周疲勞性能良好。在700℃以下屈服強(qiáng)度隨溫度升高而增大，熱加工塑性良好等特點(diǎn)。主要產(chǎn)品有枯材、

板材、鍛件等。 

 合金已用于制作兩種航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)Ⅰ、Ⅱ級(jí)渦輪盤，裝備兩種殲擊機(jī)在外場(chǎng)使用。合金板材制成的我國(guó)第一臺(tái)3000馬力燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)火焰向，裝在長(zhǎng)征1號(hào)機(jī)床上，通過(guò)300多小時(shí)的運(yùn)行考驗(yàn)。該合金也可制作750℃-850℃工作的熱成形模具，如鍛錘砧子和水壓機(jī)豐子或鑲塊砧、

熱沖壓模具等。 

 與同類用途的鎳基合金比較，GH2135合金可節(jié)省Ni41%和Cr5.5%。合金經(jīng)800℃以上長(zhǎng)期時(shí)效后晶內(nèi)有針狀σ相析出，晶界有Laves相析出。  

 熱處理制度

 熱軋棒材、鍛制棒材：固溶1080℃保溫8小時(shí)，空冷，時(shí)效處理830℃保溫8小時(shí)，空冷+，時(shí)效處理700℃保溫16小時(shí)，空冷。

 鍛件、環(huán)件：固溶1140℃保溫4小時(shí)，空冷，時(shí)效處理830℃保溫8小時(shí)，空冷+，時(shí)效處理650℃保溫16小時(shí)，空冷。 

 板材：固溶1030℃，空冷，時(shí)效處理750℃保溫16小時(shí)，空冷 

 密度：7.92
