• A1  指示器   NAMUR標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指示器便于安裝位置開關(guān)，定位器等附件。

  A2  輸出軸   鍍鎳合金鋼、高精密一體式輸出軸同時符合NAMUR、ISO5211、DIN3337標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?？筛鶕?jù)客戶要求定制尺寸和不銹鋼板材料。

  A3  密封   在常溫工作條件下使用丁腈橡膠，在高溫或低溫時采用氟橡膠或硅橡膠。

  A4  缸體   ASTM6005壓鑄鋁合金缸體可以采用硬質(zhì)氧化、環(huán)氧樹脂噴涂（根據(jù)要求噴涂蘭色、棕色、黃色）、PTFE涂層或鍍鎳滿足不同要求。

  A5  行程調(diào)節(jié)  兩個獨(dú)立的行程調(diào)節(jié)螺釘可以進(jìn)行方便、精確±5°的調(diào)節(jié) 開、關(guān)位置。

  A6  活塞   雙活塞齒條、采用鑄鋁硬質(zhì)氧化或者鑄鋼鍍鋅處理，安裝位置對稱、運(yùn)作迅速、使用壽命長，簡單的顛倒活塞可以改變旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。

  A7  高性能彈簧   采用優(yōu)質(zhì)材料、涂層處理，預(yù)壓裝配。具有較強(qiáng)的抗腐蝕性和使用壽命。能夠安全、簡單的拆卸單作用執(zhí)行器，通過改變彈簧數(shù)量滿足不同的力矩輸出范圍。

  A8  缸蓋   壓鑄鋁合金表面金屬粉末噴涂各種顏色、PFTE涂層或鍍鎳處理。

  A1 Indicator 

  Position indicator with NAMUR is convenient for mounting accessories such as Limit Switch box, Positioner and so on.

  A2 Pinion

  The pinion is high-precision and integrative, made from nickelled-alloy steel, full conform to the lastest standards of ISO5211,DIN3337, NAMUR. The dimensions can be customized and the stainless steel is available.

  A3 O-rings 

  NBR rubber O-rings provide trouble-free operation at standard temperature range. For high and low temperature applications Viton or Silicone.

  A4 Body 

  According to the different requirements, the extruded aluminum alloy ASTM6005 Body can treated with hard anodized, power polyester painted (different colours is available such as blue, orange, yellow etc.), PTFE or Nickel plated.

  A5 Travel adjustment 

  The two independent external travel stop adjustment bolts can adjust±5°at both open and close directions easily and precisely.

  A6 Pistons

  The twin rack pistons are made from Die-Casting aluminum treated with Hard anodized or made from cast steel with galvanization. Symmetric mounting position. Long cycle life and fast operation, reversing rotation by simply inverting the pistons.

  A7 High performance springs 

  Preloaded coating springs are made from the high quality material for resistant to corrosion and longer service life, which can be demounted safely and conveniently to satisfy different requirements of torque by changing quantity of springs.

  A8 End caps

  西摩爾中線蝶閥根據(jù)最新版的美國閥門和管件制造廠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化協(xié)會MSS SP-67標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和美國石油協(xié)會APl-609標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織IS07005標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行設(shè)計制造，按照IS0900l：2000質(zhì)量體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行過程控制管理，并按照API-598標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行流體靜力、氣體力和整體運(yùn)作的全數(shù)檢驗，因而能保證每一只蝶閥的零泄漏和高品質(zhì)。

  SEYMOUR central line Butterfly valve is produced according to the latest standard Mss SP-67 and API-609 of USA and ISO7005.The production process is managed under the guidance of ISO9001(2000version). The valves are completely and fully tasted follow API-598,fluid static force, gas force and overall performance of valve are completely and fully carried out following standard of API-598.Thus the zero leakage and high quality are ensured.
  We are capable of supplying butterfly valves with size ranges from DN50-DN600,pressure from PN1.0-1.6.In the meanwhile, we also adopt European and American design standard for different requirements. SEYMOUR butterfly valves would be applied to:
  1.Pipeline flange system of lSO 9005-1992, PN1.0-PN 1.6.
  2.Pipeline flange system of ASME / ANSI B16.5-1996, CL125 class, CL150 class. 
  3.Pipeline flange system of JISB2211-2213-1996 and PN 0.5-1.6 (5D, 10K, 16K)
