Agilent 4291B射頻阻抗/材料分析儀是針對(duì)表面封裝元器件和介電/磁性材料的高精度測量的完整解決方案。與反射測量技術(shù)不同，Agilent 4291B使用直接的電流－電壓測量技術(shù)，可在廣泛的阻抗范圍內(nèi)提供更精確的阻抗測量結(jié)果。

基本阻抗精度是+/- 0.8%。高Q精度有利于進(jìn)行低損耗元器件分析。內(nèi)置合成器掃頻范圍從1 MHz到1.8 GHz，具有1 MHz的分辨率。1.8米長的精密電纜可將分析儀連接到測試站，以便您將測試點(diǎn)延伸到分析儀之外，而不會(huì)影響測量精度。先進(jìn)的矩陣和錯(cuò)誤補(bǔ)償功能消除了夾具的測量錯(cuò)誤，確保DUT/MUT的高精度和可重復(fù)性。

Agilent 4291B有2個(gè)測量通道；每一個(gè)通道都可設(shè)置為測量1個(gè)(即Z)或2個(gè)(即Z-theta)阻抗參數(shù)。具有分割顯示的彩色TFT可顯示有效示蹤和存儲(chǔ)器示蹤(保存在RAM中)。內(nèi)部軟盤驅(qū)動(dòng)器以LIF或MS-DOS格式保存程序和測試數(shù)據(jù)。有了內(nèi)裝IBASIC，您就能從Agilent 4291B直接控制恒溫箱或園片探測器這類外部測試設(shè)備，而不需要單獨(dú)的儀器控制器。

Basic impedance accuracy is +/- 0.8%. High Q accuracy enables low-loss component analysis. An internal synthesizer sweeps frequency from 1 MHz to 1.8 GHz with 1 mHz resolution. A 1.8-m error-less cable connects the analyzer to a test station so you can extend your test point away from the analyzer without losing accuracy. Advanced calibration and error compensation function eliminate measurement error factors in fixtures and assure high accuracy and repeatability at DUT/MUT.
