NABX全自動變壓器繞組變形測試儀(頻響法)用于測試6kV及以上電壓等級電力變壓器及其它特殊用途的變壓器,電力變壓器在運(yùn)行或者運(yùn)輸過程中不可避免地要遭受各種故障短路電流的沖擊或者物理撞擊,在短路電流產(chǎn)生的強(qiáng)大電動力作用下,變壓器繞組可能失去穩(wěn)定性,導(dǎo)致局部扭曲、鼓包或移位等永久變形現(xiàn)象,這樣將嚴(yán)重影響變壓器的安全運(yùn)行。按國家電力行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DL/T911-2004采用頻率響應(yīng)分析法測量變壓器的繞組變形,是通過檢測變壓器各個繞組的幅頻響應(yīng)特性,并對檢測結(jié)果進(jìn)行縱向或橫向比較,根據(jù)幅頻響應(yīng)特性的變化程度,判斷變壓器繞組可能發(fā)生的變形情況。
NABX變壓器繞組變形測試儀(頻響法)由測量部分及分析軟件部分組成,測量部分是由信號生成及信號測量組成的黑匣子,分析部分由筆記本電腦完成,測量部分通過USB或網(wǎng)絡(luò)與筆記本電腦連接。
