目的
確定未絕緣的帶電體是否會(huì)造成對(duì)人身電擊的危害。
設(shè)備
設(shè)備如下：
a) 按IEC 61032下圖所示的11號(hào)圓柱型試驗(yàn)工具。
b) 歐姆表或?qū)y(cè)試儀。
程序
試驗(yàn)程序如下：
a) 根據(jù)制造商推薦的方法安裝組件并進(jìn)行連線；
b) 將歐姆表或?qū)y(cè)試儀與組件電路連接，并連接到試驗(yàn)工具上；
c) 移去組件上所有不用工具就可去掉的覆蓋物、插頭和連接器等的部分；
d) 試驗(yàn)工具在所有的電連接器、插頭、接線盒以及組件電路可達(dá)到的任何區(qū)域，用試驗(yàn)工具進(jìn)行探測(cè)；
e) 在探測(cè)期間監(jiān)視歐姆表或?qū)y(cè)試儀以確定試驗(yàn)裝置與組件電路是否有電接觸。
最終測(cè)試
無(wú)。
要求
試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中試驗(yàn)工具和組件電路之間的電阻不允許低于1M?。
合格判據(jù)
試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中試驗(yàn)工具在任何時(shí)刻都不允許與任何帶電體接觸。
本試驗(yàn)在IEC 61730:2-2004圖1所示的試驗(yàn)順序的開(kāi)始和結(jié)束時(shí)進(jìn)行，但是如果有理由認(rèn)為某一試驗(yàn)會(huì)造成帶電體裸露，本試驗(yàn)可在試驗(yàn)順序中的任何時(shí)刻加試。

技術(shù)參數(shù)：
該探頭可用于檢測(cè)對(duì)人的手指誤接觸危險(xiǎn)部件保護(hù)， 也用來(lái)檢測(cè)接線盒開(kāi)口機(jī)械強(qiáng)度。
This probe may be used to verify the protection of persons against access to hazardous parts, and to verify the mechanical strength of openings in the enclosure or internal barriers.

尺寸允許誤差，在沒(méi)有特別指定情況下遵循：(Tolerance on dimensions when no specific tolerance is given:)
對(duì)角度(on angles)：0~ -10°
中心線尺寸(on linear dimensions):
25mm以?xún)?nèi)(up to 25 mm)：0~ -0.05mm
25 mm以上(over 25 mm)：± 0.2 mm
連接處之間應(yīng)允許在同一平面和同一方向是一致穿過(guò)90°角度(0~10°誤差)活動(dòng)。Both joints shall permit movement in the same plane and the same direction through an angle of 90° with a 0° to +10° tolerance.

這探針特意用來(lái)檢測(cè)對(duì)誤接觸危險(xiǎn)部分的基本保護(hù)，其試驗(yàn)指也被用來(lái)檢測(cè)安全保護(hù)。This probe is intended to verify the basic protection against access to hazardous parts. It is also used to verify the protection against access with a finger.
